Jenni tells us about how becoming a philanthropist in Cambodia 18 years ago, has led to a joy-filled life that has expanded the health, well-being & education for the Cambodian people across the country through her non-profit organisation, The CCDO, in incredibly amazing ways. (wow, that was mouthful & 100% true!)
In this episode, we speak about:
Jenni’s personal definition of Joy
the reciprocal nature of Joy
how purpose is directly connected to Joy
how giving Joy, creates a 10x ripple effect
a simple formula for creating Joy
the origin of Joy
& more!
She & the CCDO are making a big impact and creating tons of Joy where there was none before.
The CCDO provides digital literacy & women’s empowerment programs, to a mobile library program supporting 42,000 kids every month, along with educating future teachers, building wells & bathroom facilities for school and communities, supporting 150,000 people per day. (for starters…)
The CCDO feeds roughly 4,500 kids breakfast before school every morning yet they believe in giving a hand up, not a hand out. They support farmers with micro loans that are paid back 100% with a bit extra to fund the breakfast program. Quite ingenuitive indeed.
Providing thousands of kids per year with their first medical checkup is creating generational Joy to the area as well.
